Hi,
You need to pay the camp distribution to the bank account mentioned here.
It is 15€ and used to buy material for the palisades, gatehouse and decorative stuff.

Of course you must have a ticket for the event.

And you need to check in the tent that you sleep in here so that the team can make a plan of how the camp is built.

That’s it for the obligatory formal stuff.
You don’t need to join a clan or something, but if you want you can ask anybody who has his Charakter already checked in if you can join them in game, even as a kind of guest.
Or you can just arrive and ask around who wants to have play with you.
Just make sure that you tick the 3 formal boxes left (as described above) first.
